To help us keep our center and stay grounded in the midst of this extraordinary crisis, Nadeau-sensei has agreed to conduct trainings via live video chat.  While “Aiki-over-IP” using ZOOM will never equal the full experience of physical practice in the dojo, it offers a way to continue our training together — in a new form and through a new medium — even as we must increase our social distance and stay close to home these coming days.
