| If you would like to register for the Year 2008 Aiki Summer Retreat, please complete the following steps: | Print out a copy of the registration form, and fill it out completely. Please print out and/or photocopy, 2-sided only. |
There will be no cancellation fee if you cancel by April 1st. After that, the following fees will be applied. If you cancel after April 1st, the cancellation fee for the Full Plan is $75, and Independent Plan is $50. If you cancel after June 1st, you will be subject to a loss of the full registration fee. |
