Payment policy for those living outside the United States

We have found that it is more convenient and less costly for those people living outside the U.S. if they simply arrange to pay on arrival.
This avoids you having to pay your bank a service fee and us to also pay our bank a service fee to cash a foreign check.


Note: We are trusting you to pay on arrival. We also trust that should you need to cancel, you will honor our cancellation policy.

 If you wish to pay on arrival, take the following steps:

 Cancellation Policy
There will be no cancellation fee if you cancel by April 1st. After that, the following fees will be applied. If you cancel after April 1st, the cancellation fee for the Full Plan is $75, and Independent Plan is $50. If you cancel after June 1st, you will be subject to a loss of the full registration fee.

“I would like to make
arrangements to pay on
arrival.”
Step 2
Print out a copy of the registration form, and fill it out completely.
Please print out and/or photocopy, 2-sided only.

After you receive a
reply/confirmation to your
e-mail from us, print a
copy and mail it with your

Step 4
When you arrive and check in, pay the full amount in cash, saving us the added expense and time involved in leaving campus to cash a check. You will be given a receipt when you make payment.
